How We Started:
Hohokam was founded in 1985 in Scottsdale, Arizona, by a group of young guys that wanted to provide real estate services to the large influx of seasonal winter visitors. In addition, Hohokam found the demand for home management by property owners in the area to be high and started an organized home management service.

The First Year:
Hohokam's first year in business brought more than 20 new homes for the management business and more than 250 seasonal winter visitors to the valley of the sun. Hohokam's organization was well received by the real estate community and builders for providing complete and thorough services to their clients.

Hohokam's Real Estate is located in the heart of the North Scottsdale and Pinnacle Peak. Our office takes advantage of one of North Scottsdale's oldest historic buildings. Reata Pass, originally a western stage coach stop now offers a look into the area's past.
